This carriage house apartment building is in the perfect place!  You can see the downtown area from the parking lot, but it's tucked away just enough to be quiet.  There is a nice city feel to the apartment with brick walls in some of the rooms.  The kitchen is a nice spot for all sorts of cooking adventures.  Both bedrooms are a nice big size, also plenty of closet space.
